Our fundraising programs are incredibly delicious and very easy to plan.

Whether you are fundraising on behalf of your school, religious group, sports team, or charitable organization, we are here to help you with a simple and sweet fundraiser!

Simple Fundraising Options

Heather’s Gourmet Caramel Apples provides two simple and sweet ways for qualifying local community organizations to raise funds for their worthwhile causes. Please note that you will be required to supply an official document (W-9, 501c3, etc.) showing your organization is tax-exempt.

Caramel Apple Fundraising

25% of apple sales will be donated to your organization.

We make it super easy when it comes to fundraising. Gourmet Caramel Apple orders can be placed online, over the phone, or in store. Orders can be picked up individually, as a bulk order and distributed by the organizer, or shipped!

We will create a custom coupon code exclusive to your fundraiser. Fundraisers work best run for approximately 10 days. We suggest starting them on a Thursday and running them through a Monday.

Apple Dipping Class Fundraiser

50% of sales will be donated to your organization.

Another sweet fundraising option is to host an apple dipping class in our newly expanded event space! Make your fundraiser public for others to attend or keep it private to your group.

We will create a sign-up link so people can register online – no work on your end! Class attendees will pay $45 to dip 3 apples of their choice guided by our team of experts.

What kinds of organizations qualify for fundraising?

We partner with many different kinds of organizations for fundraisers. Here are some of our favorites:

K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)
Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
Libraries and Community Centers
Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way)

What products are included in Caramel Apple Fundraising?

How far in advance should I schedule my fundraiser?

Three to four weeks notice is optimal. This gives you time to promote your fundraiser!

What if we have a small group?

Caramel Apple Fundraising works well for groups of any size. There is no minimum order to participate.

How should caramel apples be stored?

Your gourmet caramel apple should be enjoyed soon after purchasing or placed in the refrigerator.

Apples can vary with how long they will last in the refrigerator. Some will last a few weeks, some even longer! A great way to check them is by gently pushing on the stick. If it moves, you should slice and serve your apple.

Remove from the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing.

How many guests can register for an Apple Dipping Fundraiser?

Up to 50 guests can attend an Apple Dipping Fundraiser.
