Here at Heather’s Gourmet Caramel Apples, we understand the importance of friends, family, and celebration. Our inviting, fun event space is designed to bring your loved ones together in a comfortable space that feels like home.

Located in the heart of Springboro, Ohio this is the perfect space for your next event. Our multi-purpose rental space has room for up to 35 guests. We have ample on-site parking for your guests. Event Space Options

Birthday Party/Bridal Shower/Book Club/Baby Shower: Use of Space

– Use of the space for 3 hours
– Bring your own drinks and food
– Space accommodates up to 35 guests
– 1 party host-please tip your host!

Fee: $250 + $105 Refundable Deposit

*Additional time is $50/hour.
Please purchase as an add-on at the time of booking.

Birthday Party & Apple Dipping

– Use of the space for 2 hours
– Bring your own drinks and food
– Dip/decorate 1 apple per guest
– 1 party host-please tip your host!
– One $5 gift card per guest

Fee: Up to 10 guests $250 + $105 Refundable Deposit
$20 per additional guest
Adults welcome to attend alongside guest

*Additional time is $50/hour
or $20 per 15-minute block of time.

Private Apple Dipping Parties

– Use of the space for 2 hours
– Bring your own drinks and food
– 1 party host (please tip your host!)

Apple Dipping

Perfect for teams, clubs, cheer squads, sports teams, staff outings, and group celebrations!

– 2-hour private event (up to 35 guests) with a $250 minimum spend (any group size).

– This minimum can be met with any number of guests, giving you flexibility if you’re unsure how many people will attend.

Pricing Per Person

Choose how many apples each guest would like:
1 apple dipped or decorated $15 | 2 apples $25 | 3 apples $36 | 4 apples $48

Decorated Apple Upcharge: Add $3 per decorated apple. Decorated apples require piping chocolate and candies. This upcharge covers that extra expense.

Minimum Spend + Final Guest Count

To reserve: $250 minimum + $105 refundable deposit. Final headcount day-before/day-of; any balance due day-of event.

Examples

10 guests x 2 apples ($25/person) = $250 met
8 guests x 3 apples ($36/person) = $288 (balance $38 due day-of)
15 guests x 1 apple ($15/person) = $225 → minimum charge still $250
